Need us to meet you at baggage claim?
Request for a Metro Cars chauffeur to meet you at the Baggage Claim area of your terminal holding a sign with your name (an additional $25 bag meet fee applies).
To request for a baggage meet online, under the confirm and proceed to payment tab, please complete your arrival flight information section. The drop down menu labeled “please select note” will have an option for the $25 bag meet procedure.
Your Metro Cars chauffeur will meet you in the designated chauffeur area of the baggage claim (located next to carousel 6 at the Domestic McNamara terminal & at your assigned carousel at the Domestic Evans terminal). If you have any difficulty locating or contacting your driver at baggage claim please call (800) 456-1701.
